At WristUp, we make sure every order reaches you quickly and reliably.
Order Processing Once you place your order it is carefully checked and processed within 1–3 working days. Where applicable your bracelet is charged in advance so it's ready to use immediately upon arrival.
Delivery Time United Kingdom: 3–6 working days International orders: 6–10 working days
You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Costs Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Order Changes and Cancellations Want to modify your order? Email us at wristup@proton.me as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help but please note that processing begins immediately upon receipt so changes may not always be possible.
Peak Seasons During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
